Reiki is a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It is based on the concept of channeling universal life force energy (known as “ki” or “chi”) to promote healing and balance in the body, mind, and spirit. With gentle touch or holding hands above the recipient’s body, Reiki Practitioners and Masters aim to facilitate relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
A Sound bath is a meditative experience that involves being immersed in sound waves, created by Quartz Crystal singing bowls.Participants will be laying down in a comfortable position while the sounds are played, allowing them to relax and enter a meditative state. The vibrations and tones promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. Sound baths are often used for healing and introspection, and many people find them to be a soothing way to unwind and reconnect with themselves.
