This Mother’s Day, we’re sharing a look at the women behind the men who built Senior Market Team. The lessons they taught didn’t just stay with them. They’ve carried into how this business was created and how it continues to grow today.

Last weekend gave us the chance to spend time with our agents and be part of something bigger in the community.

We kicked things off Friday afternoon at MadTree Brewing with our agents for Lauren on the Loose and a SMT birthday celebration. It was one of those easy afternoons that reminds you how important it is to step away from the day to day and just spend time together.

Then Saturday night, we attended the Swing Into Spring fundraiser for the Diocesan Catholic Children’s Home (DCCH). It was a great event, and even more special knowing Jerry serves as President and gets to be part of the impact they’re making.

Moments like these are a reminder that what we do goes beyond the day to day. It’s about the people we get to spend time with, the connections we build, and the communities we’re part of.

On Tuesday, we had the opportunity to attend the NABIP Greater Cincinnati Medicare & More Summit, and it was a day well spent!

Events like this are always a great reminder of how quickly our industry is evolving and how important it is to stay informed, engaged, and connected. From carrier updates to industry insights, there were a lot of valuable conversations happening throughout the day.

To everyone who helped bring this event together and to the agents who showed up ready to learn, ask questions, and stay ahead of what’s coming next — that level of engagement is what continues to move this industry forward.

Yesterday we wrapped up our Clicks to Clients: Business Growth Through Social Media series with a strong, no-fluff session led by Phil Wiseman of Analytics That Profit
