Today is a day where we hear a lot about luck. Finding a four-leaf clover, the luck of the Irish, or hoping for a little extra good fortune.🍀

But when it comes to building a business that lasts, luck can only take you so far.

The agents who continue to grow their business year after year usually aren’t leaving things up to chance. They’re preparing before appointments, following up with clients, building referral systems, and making intentional decisions that support long-term growth.
