We’re excited to launch Clicks to Clients: Business Growth Through Social Media, a new training series designed to help agents better understand the platforms they’re already using and turn them into tools that support real business growth.

This series is taught by experienced professionals in social media and digital marketing, with each month focusing on a specific platform. Each session is offered individually, so you can register only for the trainings that are most helpful to you.

Here’s how the series is structured:
🔹 February – Facebook
Covers profile and page setup, Meta Business Suite, and basic performance insights, with a focus on credibility and connection.

🔹 March – LinkedIn
Focused on making sure your LinkedIn profile is clear, optimized, and supported by analytics that improve visibility.

🔹 April – Google
Led by Phil Wiseman of Analytics That Profit, covering SEO, Google reviews, and analytics to strengthen online presence.

The start of coverage can feel overwhelming for a lot of clients, especially when everything is brand new to them.

Be sure your clients start the new year with confidence by making sure their new plan is set up the right way. Here are a few items your clients should be sure to review this month:

🔹ID Card – Make sure you’ve received your new card and the information looks correct.
🔹Primary Care Provider (P*P) – Confirm your doctor is either listed on your card (HMO plans) or that your doctor is in network.
🔹Prescriptions – Double-check your medications are covered and the pharmacy you prefer is in network.
🔹Specialist Referrals – See if your plan requires them before booking appointments.
🔹Extra Benefits – Look at what’s included (vision, dental, OTC, fitness, etc) so you can use everything available.
🔹Billing & Premiums – Confirm your payment method is set up and the premium looks correct.

Walking through these items early can help prevent confusion and build trust right from the start!
