We're all on our own personal wellness journeys, and we're here to support you in yours! Let's do this TOGETHER! This journey began for me almost 50 years ago, even before elementary school! As a child, I would play with a pretend ball. I would throw it up with one hand... I could FEEL it exit my grip, and then I would catch the ball as it's weight sank into the other palm, much like a tennis ball. Throughout my childhood I played with my imagination and could play with a big beach ball, tossing and catching it with both hands. As I grew into a teenager, I could shoot these tiny, smaller than marble sized balls between my fingers and thumbs... it was a game! Little did I know that decades later, I would be using my natural gifts in a healing capacity. I was diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of 11, and I never really knew anything other than experiencing pain in my body. It was quite normal, and I lived with shooting sciatica pain for a good couple of decades of my life. Through chiropractic, massage, and exercise, I had managed to reach a fairly pain free existence. In my late thirties I injured my shoulder terribly and no M.D. nor alternative modality could stop the pain... until I found Ortho-Bionomy. I found a practitioner who became my mentor, and after 20 minutes on her table, I was 100% pain free! I knew in that moment what my calling was, and now here I am offering those same services! As I dove more deeply into my practice, I realized quickly that the physical pain my client's were experiencing wasn't necessarily caused by an accident or injury, but because of a variety of imbalances within the mind, body and spirit. Knowing this, I furthered my education and became a certified wellness coach and a Reiki practitioner. This enables me to address my clients with a more holistic approach, where we can discuss nutrition, exercise, sleep patterns, stress, energy, spirituality, etc. My life path has lead me to discover my true authentic self, where I have become better balanced and aligned, and move forward from a place of love and light. I am truly passionate about helping others on their personal wellness journey... let's alleviate pain and create comfort in a multitude of areas... let's come to a place of Well Balanced Well Being!
