The best skincare routine isn’t the most complicated one. It’s the one you actually stick to!!
One of the biggest mistakes I see is people going all in on a 10 step routine, burning out after two weeks, and then doing nothing at all. Your skin needs consistency. Small habits stacked on top of each other over time are what create real, lasting change.
Think about it in layers. The things you do every single day build your foundation. The things you do a couple times a week keep things moving. And your professional treatments every 4 to 6 weeks do the deeper work that your at home routine simply can’t replicate on its own.
