We are so grateful and excited to now be offering yoga classes twice weekly !✨

Mondays and Thursdays 10:00- 11:30 AM

Led by Munsai A. Thompson, sessions begin with intentional breathing and gentle warm-ups. Leading into relaxing, strap assisted hip openers and side stretches, following with asanas that focus on increasing cerebral spinal fluidity and flexibility. From there we transition into strengthening standing poses, with plenty of liberating movements in between.
Sealed with a brief meditation.

Beginners welcomed!

(Classes are limited to approximately 8 students, so if you're coming from out of the area, it's advised to register in advance. Otherwise come pop in!)

Beginner Pole Choreography: Tap into your natural confidence! Learn pole basics and transitions combined with choreography. All levels and bodies are welcomed! Instructor will offer any assisted dance modifications needed.

Let’s spend the shortest day of the year together! Wear a flirty & festive outfit to celebrate the winter solstice. Heels are optional! Kneepads reccomended. Sparkling Apple cider will be served.
