High Healing Therapeutic Massage and Sport Stretching I’m Cindy Ridolfo, owner/operator. I have a background in exercise science and a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.

I focus on physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of massage for a holistic approach to healing. I am Cindy Ridolfo owner and operator of High Healing Therapeutic Massage and Sport Stretching. I have a background in exercise science and a Master of Science degree in Occupational therapy. Several years ago, I left my career as an occupational therapist to pursue my dream of opening my own practice offering pain management options using a therapeutic foundation to achieve better and longer pain relief. My hope is to provide a peaceful healing experience and to promote a stress free, pain free, well-balanced life. I focus on a holistic approach to massage incorporating physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of healing in order to achieve complete, stress and pain relief. I believe too often we sacrifice our own self-care to support those around us in our work and family lives making it difficult to always give our best. We cannot give our best unless we feel our best. During each massage I utilize a variety of techniques depending on what your body needs. These techniques include:
