Dear Patients and Customers,
Thank you for being a loyal customer and selecting us as your pharmacy of choice! As you may already know, Garst Rx has sold to CVS Pharmacy®. During this transition, we’ve got you covered. You don’t have to lift a finger. Your prescription information will be readily available and confidentially handled, as always.
Starting on August 6th, your prescriptions will be at CVS Pharmacy in Fortville at 715 East Broadway St. Fortville, IN 46040. Phone number: (317) 485-7111.
• CVS Pharmacy Hours (Mon – Fri: 9am – 8pm, Saturday: 10am – 6pm, Sunday: 10am – 6pm)
• Please call in your refills to CVS a few days ahead of time. They will be very busy with the large influx of prescriptions they will be receiving. If your medications are synchronized, please keep refilling them at the same time. This will save a lot of time for both you and the CVS pharmacy employees.
Our decision to sell our pharmacy was not easy to make. Unfortunately, prescriptions have become less and less profitable, making it harder to pay the bills. We sincerely appreciate all your support over the last 5 years in business.
My family and I will remain living in Fortville, so we hope to see your faces around town. While I loved every minute at the pharmacy, I am looking forward to spending more time with my family: Amanda, Jack (3.5 years old), and Olivia (1.5 years old). Again, I cannot thank you enough for your loyalty over the years and I hope we were able to make a positive impact on every life we touched through Garst Rx.
