Here’s the truth ⤵️
👉 Most URIs (cold, flu, COVID) are viral and last 7–10 days
👉 Antibiotics only help with strep or bacterial infections
👉 Two signs it may have turned bacterial:
✔️ You feel better, then suddenly worse again
✔️ Symptoms worsen after 7–10 days instead of improving

💊 The good news: treatments do exist for certain cases—like Tamiflu for flu or Paxlovid for COVID (if you qualify).
