Okay… I don’t usually put my business out there like this 😅 but if this makes even ONE woman feel less alone, here we go…
At 46, I’ve officially entered the wild, unpredictable, “what is my body doing?!” phase known as perimenopause.
I checked out a list of symptoms—and I’ve got 8 of them. EIGHT. 🙃
The only one I don’t have? Hot flashes/night sweats… you know, the ONE everyone talks about. Make it make sense. 😂
One minute I’m totally fine, the next I’m like… why am I emotional, tired, bloated, and forgetting why I walked into this room? Cool cool cool.
But seriously—if you’re out here juggling life, work, family, friendships… all while your hormones are acting like they have their own personality… I see you. You are doing AMAZING.
