Strength isn’t a feeling.
It’s a decision.
A commitment to become better than yesterday.
We don’t have energy.
We create it—by showing up and doing the work.
Even when motivation is missing.
Motivation doesn’t come first.
Action does.
We fail.
We learn.
And in that process, we prove to ourselves that success is possible.
Once we know it can be done,
we repeat it—

✨ Why protein matters more now than ever:
• Helps combat age-related muscle loss
• Repairs and builds lean muscle
• Supports metabolism and weight management
• Plays a key role in hormone balance, mood, and energy
• Strengthens bones—especially important during menopause

✨ How to fuel smarter:
✔ Aim higher than the outdated minimum—active women do best around 1.6–2.0g/kg of body weight daily
✔ Spread protein throughout the day (20–40g per meal/snack)
✔ Prioritize protein within 30–60 minutes post-workout for best results
