Rotary Club of Fosston Our club meets every Thursday from Noon-1pm at the New Journey Church in Fosston. www.rotary.org

The 5th annual Rotary Club of Fosston golf tournament was held yesterday!

The cooler temps made for great playing conditions—the winning team finished with a score 18 under par!!

First place went to Randy Landsverk, Tony Carlin, David Kiecker, and Mike Aakhus (score 54).

Second place went to Aaron and Larry Lenes, Jim Wille, and Mike Anderson (score 62).

Third place went to Tyler McGlynn, Scott Christen, Dave Noel, and Justin Frank (score 66).

Thanks to all the golfers, volunteers, and businesses that helped to make this fundraiser a success. ⛳️

Roses available for same day purchase…funds raised go to local projects.

Roses are $2 each or $20 per dozen. All profits from this sale go to Fosston Rotary Service Projects.

But have you ever wondered just what Rotary is?

Well Rotary is an international volunteer service organisation whose purpose is to bring together people from all walks of life in order to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in life, and to advance goodwill and peace around the world.

It is a secular organisation open to all people regardless of race, colour, creed, religion, gender, disability or political preference.

There are 1.4 million individuals worldwide called Rotarians who have been giving back to the community for over a 100 years!

So there you go, now you know a little bit more about Rotary. So isn't time you gave something back?
