Cornerstone Residence, is a top notch assisted living community, we offer private one and two bedroom apartments and suites with highly trained staff available 24 hours a day. Our Story

Cornerstone Residence of Fosston has a unique set-up of 42 units that can accommodate a wide range of needs. We are three entities in itself! With an assisted living on one half of the property, and a portion of the facility designed for a more intimate, increased level of care we can assist the most independent of individuals by helping with laundry, housekeeping and medication set-ups as well as providing transfers, medication passing and hygiene cares for those who may need it.
