Aquablation Therapy

Aquablation Therapy Aquablation therapy is a one-of-a-kind procedure to treat lower urinary tract symptoms of BPH.

About Aquablation Therapy
Aquablation therapy is the first and only ultrasound guided, robotic-assisted, heat-free waterjet for the treatment of BPH. The system’s real-time ultrasound imaging provides the surgeon with a multi-dimensional view of the prostate enabling personalized treatment planning tailored to each patient’s unique anatomy. The surgeon can specify which areas of the prostate to re

move while preserving the anatomy that controls erectile function, ejaculatory function and continence. Once the treatment plan is mapped by the surgeon, the predictable robotic-assisted execution enables prostate tissue to be removed in a precise, targeted, and controlled fashion. “I am a 65-year-old male who was diagnosed with a benign enlarged prostate approximately 5 years ago. My condition progressively worsened, and ultimately dramatically affected my life and well being. I could not sleep well, as I woke up every few hours to urinate. I could not function at work, as I was always tired. Further, my personality undoubtedly became more irritable as a result of the lack of sleep. Though I was prescribed medication, I hated the side effects of retrograde ej*******on and increased erections. If I avoided the medication, my urine flow reduced to a painful drip, drip.

"After much deliberation and discussion with various doctors, I decided to undergo Aquablation® therapy, which was performed by Dr. Timothy Wilson and his team at St. John's Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA.

"I can't tell you how ecstatic I am about the results. I sleep better, I am not on medication any more, my erections and ej*******ons are fine, and my flow is like a firehose. I feel like I truly experienced the miracle of modern medicine through this procedure.” -Bret, Aquablation therapy patient

Worried about how BPH treatment might affect your s*x life? You're not alone.

Too often, treating one health issue ends up causing another — especially when it comes to enlarged prostate (BPH) and ED (erectile dysfunction).

Some BPH treatments can lead to unwanted side effects like trouble in the bedroom. But the good news? Not all treatments are the same.

If you're dealing with BPH and concerned about your s*xual health, it's time to ask the right questions — and explore options that handle both.

Understanding what’s happening, can help you feel more informed about the options ahead.

Aquablation Therapy

Aquablation therapy is a different type of treatment for BPH. It’s an advanced, minimally invasive treatment that uses the power of water delivered with robotic precision to provide long-lasting BPH relief without compromise.

It’s designed to treat the whole man, not just his prostate—from his constant frustration with BPH to his dreams, relationships, dignity, and virility.

This is BPH therapy without compromising who a man was, is, and will become. Aquablation therapy is a safe and effective treatment for patients suffering from lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to BPH. It can be performed on prostates of any size.

Aquablation therapy is a resective procedure, meaning that the prostate tissue causing symptoms is removed. No incision is made, as the prostate is reached through the urethra.
