Such a charming find in Lake Tahoe. 💛
One of those places that makes you exhale the moment you arrive.

Cozy rooms, thoughtful details, quiet corners — and that unmistakable Tahoe calm. There’s something deeply nourishing about spaces that invite you to slow down, settle in, and feel held by your surroundings, even if just for a moment.

As the year begins, I find myself craving more of this energy — rest, reflection, and a gentler pace. Honestly… I already want to go back.

PS. This incredibly cute bed and breakfast, The Cottage Inn, is owned by one of my patients — and it’s every bit as lovely as it sounds.

More Mexico magic! 🇲🇽✨

We rang in the New Year with a big beach party — dancing with Mr. 2026, laughing nonstop, and watching the most colorful “robot” (yes, a guy dancing on stilts 😄).

So many special moments with family — pictures with my niece, my brother, and my kids — the kind of memories that stay with you long after the music fades.

Joy, connection, sand between our toes… a pretty perfect way to welcome the year. 💛

A favorite December moment worth sharing as we begin the year. ❄️

On Christmas Day, I found myself back on skis for the first time in at least a decade — and it was so much fun… even if I felt it everywhere the next day. 😄

Michael had chosen not to keep skiing after his successful back surgery, and I was just as happy back then to sit in the lodge with him, hot cocoa in hand, watching our kids enjoy the slopes. Those moments mattered just as much.

Now, here I am again — back on the mountain, embracing something familiar in a new chapter of life. The weather wasn’t ideal (hence the bundled-up look!), but the joy was real. There’s something special about returning to things we once loved, when the timing feels right.

Here’s to honoring the past, appreciating the present, and staying open to what we’re ready to reclaim. 💛

Dancing into 2026 like I absolutely planned this choreography. 💃😎
Ringing in the new year with my family in Mexico — featuring Mr. 2026.

Proof that joy, movement, and a little self-confidence age better than perfection.
Highly recommend starting the year with laughter and zero apologies.

If this is the energy for 2026… I’m in. 😏

Stop settling for survival mode. Choose energy, joy, and confidence.

As we step into a new year, I’m carrying two things with me:
gratitude for what shaped me… and curiosity for what’s ahead.

You don’t have to rush into becoming a “new” version of yourself.
Sometimes growth is simply honoring where you are — and choosing to care for yourself a little more intentionally.

Here’s to a year of clarity, connection, and feeling well in mind, body, and soul. 💛

This slide stopped me in my tracks.

“It is human to be down on what you are not up on.”

In medicine, gaps in training matter. When clinicians aren’t adequately trained in hormones, it’s easier to dismiss therapies rather than fully understand them — and patients pay the price.

This is why continued education is so important. Hormone care, especially in midlife and menopause, deserves nuance, evidence, and curiosity — not fear or outdated assumptions.

We owe it to our patients to stay informed, to keep learning, and to be humble about what we don’t yet know. That’s how medicine moves forward. 💛

So grateful I listened to my bestie, Lynn LaBorde, when she said, “You should come do this class.” 💛

The Kabbalah class with David Ghiyam was truly transformational for me. Just one day—and it created a lasting, positive shift in how I approach my daily thinking and self-talk. Those are the changes that really matter.

Miami? About 500,000% humid 😅 but full of energy, warmth, and such a fun vibe.

Sometimes a simple yes opens the door to something deeply meaningful.

Sending warmth and good wishes to all who are celebrating today.

This season is a reminder to slow down, reflect, and connect — with ourselves, with loved ones, and with what truly matters. Whether today is filled with tradition, quiet moments, or simply rest, may it bring a sense of peace and comfort.

Wishing you light, kindness, and moments of meaning — today and in the days ahead. 💛

Learning from legends. 💛

This photo and clip are from the latest event I attended with the incredible Dr. Lindsay Berkson — proudly 77 years young, brilliantly sharp, and still one of the most passionate voices in hormone health.

As she powerfully reminds us:
OBGYNs receive very limited formal training in hormones — a gap that has real consequences for patients navigating midlife and menopause.

That’s why voices like Dr. Berkson’s matter so much. She has spent decades educating clinicians and advocating for the safety and effectiveness of bioidentical hormone therapy, always grounded in science and experience.

Grateful to be in rooms where truth is spoken, questions are challenged, and women’s health is taken seriously. This work matters. And the learning never stops.
