ACOG recommends pregnant or non-pregnant people that are unvaccinated, or have unknown vaccination status, for the measles be offered post-exposure prophylaxis. (This is a treatment that lowers the risk you will become severely ill or may prevent illness.)
If you are exposed to the measles you should report it to your provider immediately. And if you are not vaccinated getting the vaccine is the best protection from the disease.
