Fountain Green Medical Clinic Central Valley Medical Center is committed to providing excellent healthcare to the Sanpete County

In hopes to better serve the rural Central Utah region in 1980 CVMC established their first satellite clinic for the residents of Northern Sanpete county. In 2000, the facility was upgraded to make general X-ray and diagnostic laboratory services available on site. Currently, CVMC's Fountain Green Medical Clinic has grown into a thriving Medical Clinic providing superior medical care to the surrounding residents and direct access to all that our main campus can offer.

As this time of year can be quite busy, we recommend scheduling a late-night appointment to suit your schedule. Please note that walk-in appointments are also available throughout the day.
