Position Summary:
Provides support to management and service providers by greeting members and guests, checking in members and guests as they enter the Spa, scheduling appointments for members and guests, monitoring the Spa Casitas and providing a welcoming clean environment through out.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to the spa staff and management in their day-to-day tasks.
Provide excellent services to guests in a spa facility.
Answer and respond in person or on phone to guests’ inquiries on spa facilities and services available.
Assist and coordinate with all spa operations in providing services to guests.
Resolve complaints from guests effectively and in timely manner.
Maintain and manage equipment and tools in spa areas.
Ensure an ambiance of warmth in spa premises through excellent services.
Maintain spa premises neat, clean, stocked and a good working environment.
Implement best standards and procedures in spa services.
Advises members and guests of the Rules & Regulations of the Spa.
Schedules Spa treatments
Note any special requests or specific conditions on reservation.
Communicate / suggest programs and services that would be appropriate for specific member and guests needs.
Answers telephone calls - handling requests for information and explaining programs and services as outlined in procedures in a calm, polite and efficient manner.
Assist members and guests to spa casitas and insure service providers are kept informed.
Adjusts audio volume in casitas and out door and treatment areas of the Spa as needed.
Performs custodial duties to include wiping down the reception desk area, picking up the Spa waiting area and spa casitas, stocking the Spa waiting area with water, tea, mints etc.
Responsible for opening and closing the Spa as assigned.
Routinely inspects Spa facilities and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness and good working order.
Complete other duties as assigned by the Management

Education, Experience and Skill Required:
Experience in the Hospitality Industry preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with Spa operations is preferred, but not required.
Must be a caring person who is interested in the well-being of the members and hotel guests.
Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal communications.
Ability to explain details concerning the retail products and treatment services upon completion of training.
Ability to operate a computer and key pad.
Ability to multi task
