Shooting at the Speed of Efficiency | Staccato Vegas
This past weekend at Staccato Vegas, we spent our time where it matters most: building efficient shooting mechanics that scale with speed.
The Shooting at the Speed of Efficiency course is focused on:
• Grip and recoil management
• Visual patience and confirmation
• Shot cadence and consistency
• Eliminating wasted motion
• Maintaining accuracy as speed increases
Rather than chasing raw speed, students worked on clean inputs, repeatable fundamentals, and efficient execution—learning how to shoot only as fast as they can maintain accountability.
Every drill was structured. Every repetition reinforced efficiency. The goal was simple: better performance through better mechanics.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents who can legally possess fi****ms and ammunition, and meet one of the following criteria:
1. Sworn Law Enforcement Officer (active, reserve, or part-time with at least 3 years of experience)
2. Retired or Former Sworn Officer (with at least 3 years of experience)
3. Licensed Armed Private Security Officer (with at least 3 years of experience)
4. Member of an NRA Law Enforcement “Enrolled Agency” (with at least 3 years of experience)
5. Member of the U.S. Armed Forces (letter of support required from command)
6. Full-Time Civilian Firearm Instructor (employed by a law enforcement agency)
7. Full-Time Civilian Contractor (engaged in a verified GSA contract supporting fi****ms or armed protection training)

Guardian Training & Consulting’s founders, Instructor J a United States Air Force veteran, current law enforcement officer, and fi****ms instructor and Instructor Karen, formerly of Chicago Police Department and Federal Air Marshal Service and fi****ms instructor brings over 30 years of combined military and law enforcement experience. Both Karen and J have worked the streets of their respective cities, criminal investigations, and instruction ranging from defensive tactics both armed and unarmed, fi****ms and tactics, as well as active shooter response both for law enforcement and citizens alike.
We believe in keeping our citizens, families, first responders, and yourself safe. We first and foremost are not a tactical company. We are a training and consulting firm.
Training in the form of safety training that can include awareness and personal security lectures, discussions, and roundtables to start. If you wish to take your personal security to the next level, conceal carry weapon classes that provide law and legal lessons on Arizona state laws and case law for use of force incidents. After this, if you wish to pursue fi****ms or tactics training, Guardian Training & Consulting’s founders are both qualified and experienced law enforcement and NRA Fi****ms Instructors. The tactics training portion of our portfolio includes active shooter response (both unarmed and armed response), home safety plans, and fi****ms tactics. Lastly, our Realtor Safety Course is taking the Phoenix area by storm. This 3 hour lecture is not a self defense “karate” course or simply a course to tell you to put your phone down and be “more aware”. This course includes topics such as criminal mindset and current crime trends, awareness, mental conditioning, safe practices in real estate, physical and cyber security, properly calling 911, and a questions and answers period.

Guardian Training & Consulting’s Threat Assessments are personalized solutions to your personalized issues in infrastructure, policies, personnel, and procedures pertaining to attacks ranging from terrorism to disgruntled employees and active shooter attacks as well as theft and burglary. We bring to bear the full resources of Guardian Training & Consulting to compile surveillance of your facilities for access, documentation of issues in those areas listed above, photographs of those issues, and a full report detailing solutions to these issues.
