👣Mobilization of the nervous system can often be a helpful strategy for reducing nerve pain. In this video series, I am demonstrating two techniques (tensioner and slider) for the sciatic nerve. Typically, the slider is used when symptoms are more severe (1-2 sets, 10-15 reps) and the tensioner is used when symptoms are more mild (2-3 reps, hold the stretch for 5-10 seconds).
