Happy November, everyone! We wanted to make you aware of our schedule for this month.

Nov. 11 - Veterans Day - Open 7:30-1 (Veterans and Active Duty: Wear something sporting your branch to get an adjustment for only $30!)

Nov. 12-18 - Dr. Waters is out of the office.

Nov. 26 - Open half day, 9-1.

Nov. 27-28 - Closed for Thanksgiving.

Our clinic neighbor, Fountain Integrated Health with nurse practitioner Slade Stoller, is open and accepting new patients for primary care. Aetna, Medicaid and Medicare are currently active, with more insurances anticipated soon.
FIH hours generally follow Fountain Chiropractic & Wellness Center, but may have separate closure dates based on provider availability.

Fountain Chiropractic & Wellness Center is excited to announce the addition of Fountain Integrated Health to our office space! Slade Stoller is an AANP Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who will provide primary care services for age 18+ and accept a wide variety of insurance plans. Currently, Aetna, Medicaid and Medicare are active and ready to go.

Provider Stoller has a wide range of experience in the medical field, including as a firefighter/EMT, EMS running 911 and critical care transports, ER nurse, and international medical assistance. He also is eager to help veterans and can provide guidance on VA claims.

Fountain Integrated Health is a separate entity operating independently from Fountain Chiropractic & Wellness Center, but the two clinics will work in harmony in our shared location to provide patients with comprehensive and holistic care.

Dr. Waters’ family currently is fostering three of the c**n hound-mix puppies from this litter. They are 11 weeks old today, and need their forever homes soon!
