If you haven’t had the pleasure of joining Sophie, here’s your chance! This class will leave you feeling full of bliss. ✨
If you are a woman seeking to activate her creativity, harness her regenerative powers and find more freedom in expression, then join us in Shakti Flow, where we practice connecting to the Primordial Feminine energy dwelling within the lower chakras.
We begin in circle, answering prompts for self-study regarding your feminine spirit. With the support of drums and ecstatic dance music, we are guided into a slow moving space of exploration of the body, leading into a deeper space of bigger expression and intuitive movement, all while down-regulating the female nervous system. We close with lots of juicy hip openers and a long savasana with optional hand-on assists.

Practice the pause 🌅
I stepped out onto the back porch to grab something and as I was walking back in, I noticed my sweet Chai girl. She had followed me out and sank into her bed. I decided to pause and enjoy the sunset with her. I could learn a thing or two from her. She never passes up a game of fetch and will always hop into the car for a ride. She also has the ability to pause and enjoy the stillness.

TONIGHT Sherri and her healing touch are here at the studio! This 90 minute offering will be sure to leave you feeling relaxed and full of bliss.

This wellness offering is like no other. Yomassage is a symbiotic blend of restorative positions with hands-on massage to help clients melt into their bodies and release what ails them.

This session will incorporate a variety of supported positions to promote relaxation along with hands-on massage therapy provided by a licensed massage therapist. For deeper relaxation, there will be the addition of a sound bath to encourage a stronger connection and find a deeper zen.
