🌟 Meet our June Employee of the Month: Yanet! 🌟

Yanet has been a dedicated CNA at The Vineyards at Fowler for 8 years. She’s always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed and is a strong advocate for her residents, working closely with her charge nurses and department heads to make sure they’re healthy, safe, and comfortable.

Yanet also plays a big role in our facility celebrations—she helped organize a beautiful baby shower for one of our nurses and captured special moments by taking photos of her fellow CNAs during CNA Week. And if that weren’t enough, she also makes the most delicious cheesecake!

Please join us in giving Yanet a heartfelt thank you for all she brings to our community. Being a CNA is truly a work of heart—and Yanet’s is one of the biggest. đŸ©·

2025’s CNA Week was a huge success!

We were thrilled to have amazing hospice partners join us in celebrating our incredible staff, and our All-Star Activities Department went above and beyond with mini games and a dress up spirit week!

We wrapped it all up with a competitive game of musical chairs, a TV raffle (congrats, Evelyn!), and an unforgettable RAVE for our residents. This administrator couldn’t have been prouder when the CNAs themselves asked to end the week with a rave-inspired dance party—not for themselves, but for the residents they care so deeply about.

To our team: thank you for your hard work, your compassion, and the love you bring every single day. Your job isn’t easy, and not everyone is cut out to be a CNA—it takes a special kind of heart. đŸ©·

Tony, a dedicated licensed nurse, truly embodies what it means to be a team player. Whether it’s picking up shifts at any hour or stepping in to support his fellow nurses, Tony is always there when needed—consistently going above and beyond.

What stands out most is his unwavering positivity. Tony greets every day (and every challenge) with a smile, and his upbeat attitude is infectious. It’s no wonder he’s such a valued and well-loved member of our team.

As National Nursing Home Week 2025 comes to a close, we have so much to be grateful for!

We wrapped up the week with a delicious taco truck lunch Corner Tacos, refreshing paletas generously provided by Melissa from AccentCare, and a beautiful raffle fruit basket donated by Dominic of Compassionate Care Home Health & Hospice—which was won by our amazing RNA, Fatima!

A heartfelt thank you to our community who made this week so special. At The Vineyards at Fowler, we’re proud to be part of a community that works hard, lifts each other up, and celebrates together.
