⭐️Meet our October Employee of the Month, Allyssa! ⭐️
Allyssa began her journey at The Vineyards as an Activity Assistant and quickly grew into her current role in the Admissions and Social Services departments. She ensures every resident is treated with compassion and respect from the moment they arrive until the day they discharge.

Allyssa consistently goes above and beyond — never saying, “that’s not my job” — and always stepping up to support her team and residents alike. Thank you, Allyssa, for treating every resident like family and for all the heart you bring to our community! 💙

Isabel is our rockstar PM shift LVN. This admin always jokes that she can sleep well at night knowing Isabel is holding it down at the facility, and it’s absolutely true. Isabel treats every resident with genuine compassion and care. She holds her nursing assistants to high standards and supports them in succeeding every day.

🌟 Meet our August Employee of the Month – Teresa! 🌟

Teresa has been part of The Vineyards at Fowler family for nearly 9 years. She began her journey as a CNA and, through dedication and hard work, grew into her role as a Licensed Nurse.

As a charge nurse, Teresa leads each shift with calmness, grace, and unwavering commitment. She ensures her CNAs feel supported while residents receive the highest quality of care.

Her impact extends beyond her nursing department. Therapy, social services, medical records, dietary, and administration all share their gratitude for the positive difference she makes in our community every day.

We are proud to celebrate Teresa and all she brings to The Vineyards at Fowler! 🩷
