In response to a broader FDA investigation of infant botulism in babies across the U.S, and out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to initiate a voluntary recall of two batches of ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula.

Please be advised that our office will be closing early on Friday, September 12th at 11 am for a mandatory staff event.

This dedicated time allows our team to participate in important training and coordination to continue providing you with safe, high-quality care.

ATTENTION FMC PATIENTS!!😁

With flu season approaching it is now more important than ever to do what you can to help protect yourself against the flu, and that means getting an annual preventative flu vaccine.💉

We will be holding a drive-thru flu clinic on Saturday, September 20th in front of our office between 10am and 2pm for current patients age 4 and older. Give us a call at 517-223-7900 to schedule your appointment between the hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Thur and 9am-3pm on Fridays. We do close for lunch Mon-Fri from 12:30pm-1:30pm!😋

To ensure minimal contact and smooth operation we ask that you inform us of any insurance changes before the appointment, if it is not already on record.✔️
