Your core isn’t just about abs—it’s about control.

These exercises train your core the way your body actually uses it: stabilizing your spine, transferring force, and supporting efficient movement. When your core does its job well, everything else gets easier—lifting, running, training, and staying pain-free.

This is the foundation we build before progressing strength and performance.

If you’re dealing with pain or feel unstable during workouts, it’s usually not a strength problem—it’s a control problem. We can fix that.

Your core is the engine behind every golf swing.
DPT Jimmy from out Fox Point, Wisconsin location demonstrates golf-specific core work focused on building rotational strength, control, and the ability to transfer power efficiently. This isn’t about generic ab exercises—it’s about training the patterns your body actually uses on the course.

When your core works with you instead of against you, you gain consistency, distance, and resilience.

If you want to move better and perform better on the course, this is where it starts.

Movement with POTS doesn’t need to be aggressive to be effective.

The right exercises support circulation, build tolerance, and help your nervous system adapt—without triggering symptom flare-ups. Starting in recumbent or seated positions allows your body to build capacity safely while improving blood flow and overall endurance.

This is where physical therapy matters. It’s not about doing more—it’s about doing what your system can tolerate, and progressing from there.

If POTS symptoms are limiting you, there is a path forward with the right plan. Reach out to learn how we help guide that process.
