Featuring 3 Memory Care households and 1 Advanced Assisted Living household, plus an onsite therapy gym, salon and spa, sensory room and more! At Azura, we are truly transforming the culture of care by knowing our residents and treating them as we would want to be treated. We're proud of the caliber of programming we provide, and we promise you that your loved one will be cared for with respect and unparalleled support for their physical, mental, and emotional needs. We are proud that our Fox Point community offers our award-winning Memory Care services and our Advanced Assisted Living care too! Most people are drawn to a home because of how it looks. While we have taken great care in designing a home that creates an environment that bolsters our residents, we realize that the most important part isn’t how fancy the building is, but who is walking the floor. This is why we have created MOSAIC — an exclusive, research-based, and personally-tested training program for our team. The program encompasses over 100 hours of training for each team member — helping them to weave every moment of care into a MOSAIC of love, engagement, and support for our residents. We recognize that the caregivers and the care that they provide is what is truly important. It’s not the walls or the amenities that will be approaching, communicating, and being with your loved one when you are not there. The caregivers will be. And they are the ones who can give the hugs! A dream come true for Maggie!

Music has always held a special place in Maggie’s, a resident at Azura of Oak Creek, heart. She not only loved to play the piano herself, but also cherished the many shows she attended with her husband over the years. Her MOSAIC Dream was to relive that joy once again—and we were honored to make it happen! Maggie enjoyed an unforgettable evening with the well-known group, Dueling Pianos, filled with laughter, lively tunes, and, of course, piano playing. It was a night that brought back treasured memories and created brand-new ones to hold close.

A dream come true for Peggy!

Peggy, a resident at Azura of Fox Point, is known in our household for her kind words and cheerful compliments—especially when it comes to fashion. She often admired one of our caregiver’s sneakers, commenting on how stylish and comfortable they looked. Over time, it became clear that Peggy dreamed of owning a pair of her own. Through our MOSAIC Dreams program, which helps bring to life the unique wishes of our residents, that dream became a reality. Peggy now has her very own pair of sneakers, and the joy on her face as she laced them up for the first time said it all. It’s a wonderful reminder that sometimes the simplest dreams can bring the biggest smiles.
