Ah, its time to go old school and wage a social media war. I'm fairly sure posting on Facebook shows my age and lack of social media prowess, but here we go...
This is my PSA to never, ever use Regus for any kind of business purposes. Here's a recap:
1) On April 22nd, Regus issued me an invoice of $1,155.00 for an account they had terminated in January 2024 - 16 months ago!!! - due to non-payment of one month, an account where I had a month-to-month contract (my debit card failed, I missed the one payment failure email they sent because I'm me).
2) Upon receiving the $1,155.00 email, I immediately reached out on April 22nd and asked for an explanation of the invoice. That same day I was told that someone was "looking into it." I never received a response.
3) On May 28th, my business bank account was automatically charged for the $1,155.0..... FOUR TIMES. YES, four individual charges of $1,155.00. $4,620.00 total.
4) After multiple phone calls and emails, two full days later on May 30th, I finally reached a customer service email that "my issue was being looked into." There is no billing department that you can speak with at Regus. No live customer service when they steal from your bank account. None.
5) Today is June 10th, its been 9 business days and almost 2 full weeks since they fraudulently charged my account and I have received zero answers and zero refunds. No phone calls, no apology.

This is their last bogus email, received this morning:
Hi Kathryn
I hope you are doing well.
I would like to let you know that we are actively coordinating with the higher level of management teams to ensure that your request can be addressed accordingly regarding the charges on your account as well as the duplicate payments.
Rest assured, that we are now processing your refund request and will make sure that this is returned to your as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience while we work on a resolution for this and greatly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Thank you very much and we will remain in touch with you on any updates once received.

NO I AM NOT ASSURED!!! This is INSANE, this has to be illegal, there is no reason a refund couldn't have been applied to my card the same day. They are holding my money and have given zero explanation of how this happened.
Long story short.... DON'T USE REGUS. CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNTS. As I've dug into the internet on this, I've found this is common practice for Regus. It's their MO. Fraudulent charges, siting contract policies that don't exist. Withholding money. It's atrocious.
DO NOT USE REGUS!!!! I'll be filing complaint anywhere and everywhere.
