Briumvi is an FDA-approved for relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis. It works by targeting CD20-positive B cells. By reducing these cells, Briumvi can help slow disease activity, reduce relapses, and protect the nervous system over time.

Briumvi is typically administered as an intravenous every six months, which allows patients to continue their daily lives while staying on track with treatment.

While Briumvi is not a cure, many people find it helps them maintain stability, manage , and focus on living their lives with greater confidence. If you’re exploring treatment options, call our team at (781) 551-5812, option #4 to learn more about how to begin an infusion referral.

Ocrevus is an FDA-approved for both relapsing forms of MS and primary progressive MS. It works by targeting a type of immune cell called B cells, which play a role in the damage to the nervous system that occurs in MS. By reducing the activity of these cells, Ocrevus can help slow disease progression, reduce relapses, and protect nerve function over time.

Many patients receive Ocrevus through infusions every six months, which can make managing more convenient. Like all therapies, it can have side effects, so monitoring by a healthcare team is important.

If you’re exploring treatment options, our care team is here to answer questions, explain what to expect, and support you every step of the way. Call us at (781) 551-5812 option #4.

The Neurology Center of New England - Foxboro was proud to have been a clinical research site for an important study, the Fenhance trial.

Dr. Napoli was the Principal Investigator at our site. The results of the Phase 3 trials indicate that investigational fenebrutinib substantially reduced relapses in RMS and delayed progression to disability in PPMS.

These results suggest that fenebrutinib, a strong and selective BTK inhibitor, could become an important new treatment for both forms of MS, addressing ongoing unmet needs.
