Traveling to Italy at Casa Rehab!

Our residents “took flight” for this month’s traveling activity and landed in Italy! They indulged in authentic Italian bakery favorites like tiramisu, rainbow cake, panettone, Italian biscuits, and rich Italian coffee.

From the airplane/elevator ride to the delicious treats, it was an immersive experience that had everyone smiling. Residents can’t wait to see where next month’s trip will take us!

Patient Testimonial Spotlight

At Casa Rehab, we love celebrating the progress and hard work of our patients! Recently, one of our patients shared their rehab experience:

Celebrating National Housekeeping Week with a Special Surprise!

This week, our incredible housekeeping team at Casa Rehab was treated to a well-deserved lunch out. While there, they had a wonderful surprise — Mayor Charlie Sisitsky of Framingham stopped by their table!

The Mayor shared that he had heard great things about Casa and wanted to congratulate Will, our Director of Housekeeping, and his team on their dedication and hard work.

We’re so proud of our housekeeping staff for the care, attention, and warmth they bring to our residents every single day. Thank you for all that you do!

Rock n’ Roll Party at Casa Rehab!

Our residents and staff were truly rockin’ and rollin’ as we turned up the tunes and brought the party to life! From star-shaped sandwiches and fizzy sodas to popcorn puffs, faux piercings, and temporary tattoos—everyone was in the spirit and having a blast.

It was a celebration full of music, laughter, and unforgettable memories!

Rehab Success at Casa Rehab!

When Paul “Mike” first came to Casa, his health challenges required long-term care and even hospice services. But with determination — and the support of our therapy teams — he made incredible progress.

Mike shared, “Time and exercise to get back on my feet.” And that’s precisely what he achieved. From relying on a wheelchair to walking with a rollator, and now back in the community with independence, Mike’s success highlights the positive outcomes Casa Rehab delivers for our patients.

Our residents recently enjoyed a heartwarming Grandparents Day celebration, reflecting on cherished memories with their grandparents and grandchildren. The day was filled with heartfelt conversations, delicious cake, and thoughtful gift bags for everyone.

Rehab Success at Casa de Ramana!

Francis chose Casa Rehab for his short-term rehabilitation after his wife had such a positive experience with us—and we’re so glad he did!

During his stay, Francis participated in our BreatheWell Pulmonary Program, working with therapy, respiratory care, and our pulmonary team to improve his breathing, strength, and independence. He especially enjoyed our innovative activities like OmniFlow®, LUNGS Bingo, and the Breathing Olympics, which kept him motivated and engaged.

In Francis’s own words:
“They prepare you well, and always encourage you… Yes, I would come back if I needed rehab again!”
