Does it cost anything to use the Navigation Line?

What insurance plans does the Navigation Line take?

Our Care Navigators can assist callers with any insurance or no insurance.

For clinical services, we will connect you to a provider that takes your insurance, whether it is a commercial plan, MassHealth or Medicare.

Don’t have insurance? No problem! We can assist you in connecting with a provider that offers self-pay options or help with insurance enrollment.

Did you know: our Metrowest Care Connection offers its own Navigation Line! This is a toll-free number staffed by friendly and helpful care coordinators, who are available Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Need to talk to someone at night? On Mondays, a care coordinator is available to answer calls from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM.

We got crafty last week at Art Saves Ashland, a creative community event promoting mental health awareness and the arts. 🎨🖌️

Attendees received mental health resources and participated in family focused crafts and activities. The event featured an art show and choral concert from Ashland High School students.

What have we been up to? Earlier this month, our team attended the first ever Native Impact Collaborative (NIC) hosted by Serve Natick. Serve Natick is a student run group connecting volunteers in MetroWest with volunteer opportunities!

This event had a series of powerful stories and presentations on making an impact from leaders in different fields and panel discussion.
