Feed Your Skin: Antioxidant-Rich Homemade Face Pack. Whatever you put on your face should be something you can eat too.
Here’s my homemade face pack — rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and healthy fats — made entirely from real, edible ingredients!

This nourishing face pack is made with:
✨ Pecans – packed with vitamin E, zinc, and good fats that help protect and hydrate the skin.
💜 Blueberries – loaded with antioxidants that fight free radicals and support collagen.
🍋 Lemon juice – brightens, gently exfoliates, and helps even out skin tone.
🌼 Dehydrated lemon zest powder – provides natural vitamin C and a gentle micro-polish effect.

I also like to add a spoon of plain yogurt or raw honey for smooth texture and extra hydration.
Mash everything into a fine paste, apply for 15–20 minutes, and rinse off with lukewarm water.

These cassava truffles are a wholesome, gluten-free cultural twist to the traditional South Indian Rava Laddu, made without cream of wheat but with fiber-rich cassava, natural jaggery sweetness, and the richness of coconut and nuts.

Warning: Important Note on Cassava Safety
Cassava naturally contains compounds called cyanogenic glycosides, which can release cyanide if not properly prepared. To make cassava safe to eat, always grate and steam it thoroughly. Steaming or boiling helps break down and remove these compounds, rendering cassava harmless and safe for cooking. Avoid eating cassava raw.
