Looking to take on a leadership role? We're hiring a Senior Clinical Program Director! This role is responsible for the direction of an intensive clinical residential program serving six individuals with histories of complex trauma, mental illness, and substance use disorders. In this role, you'll provide supervision and rehabilitative direction to a team of program staff and persons served. You'll also develop staff skills in responding to complex issues such as co-occurring disorders, substance use, and trauma, as well as conduct assessments and provide therapeutic services while managing the daily operations of the program. The senior clinical program director provides leadership and participates in an on-call rotation.
