We’re honored to welcome DDS Commissioner Sarah Peterson for a special virtual session on August 25 from noon to 1 p.m. The virtual session will be open to the full Advocates community—staff, people we support, and their families. Commissioner Peterson will speak about her priorities for the Department and how partnering with providers, families, individuals, and other stakeholders helps DDS to advance its mission. She will also touch on recent federal policy changes impacting Medicaid, SNAP, and other safety net programs as part of this broader conversation.
