Coming Back this Fall! A Centering Moment is offering their in person, role-playing social group for LGBTQIA+, trans and gnc teens (ages 13-17) run by Kc Schuck, LMHC, ATR

This 9 week group has spots for 5 intrepid adventurers interested in seeking connection and community space with others. The group will be a space for exploring identity, problem solving, communication, and finding support in collaboration.

Calling all Expressive Alums!
Are you looking for a space to work in your creative modality? Interested in sharing that space with other alums seeking to do the same?
Starting July 2nd, we are starting the Expressive Alums Creative Maker Space! This will be held in person at A Centering Moment, located in Framingham, MA and each 2hr time slot has space for 6-8 sign ups

Welcome to A Centering Moment!

We are a group of mental health and adjacent practitioners working together to hold space for community members located in Framingham MA.

We believe people deserve a space to be in connection with all the emotional moments we experience. Due to our inherent desire to seek out connection, creating access to a space to connect with others in community is inherent to healing and building authentic living practices.

We hope you will reach out and connect with any questions, or just follow along to keep in touch with hosted events, resources, and mental health services.
