When you put a mask on oxygen level drops and you shift to Warburg metabolism. You gonna have Warburg shifted brain. Or in vernacular, you can't think that well and finally you gonna get cancer or any other chronic disease.

Now comes out that one time intense exercise is less conducive to maintaining muscle mass then light movement throughout the day. Instead of going to gym do push-ups and squats throughout the day. Stop after 6pm

Apple a day keeps doctor away. Not so much when you get older. To digest a raw apple takes huge amount of precious energy away for example from your immune system and still you can't digest it completely and it starts rotting inside creating all kinds of toxins. Apples,pears,plums,grapes are the worst. Try baking an apple or pear if you have to eat it. On top of that fruits are all deuterium bombs and don't grow in the winter in Boston area. Listen to your granma, eat local and in season. In the winter like great white shark: animal fats and protein. Happy holidays! Go to sauna! Get a massage! Reduce stress and you'll stay healthy.

You probably know that hypoxia is not good for you. It is linked to every chronic disease. What makes you hypoxic? Too much screen time, LED lights,and other electromagnetic pollution by putting iron in hemoglobin in +3 oxydative state. Can't carry oxygen. What puts it back into +2 state so it can carry oxygen? Nearinfrared light. Methylene blue does the same thing but it can be dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. But nothing beats the sunlight!
