Super excited to bring back my Relax, Roll, Reset Series to Mystic Fitness Yoga Studio

✨Sunday March 15th at 6:00pm - Relax, Roll, Reset: Neck, Upper Back, Shoulders
✨Sunday April 19th at 6:00pm - Relax, Roll, Reset: Lower Back and Hips

✨Classes combine breath work, yoga, and self-massage using Tune-Up therapy balls for a complete body and mind reset. No experience necessary. Tune-Up therapy balls provided.
