WIC Framingham/Waltham WIC is a FREE program providing nutrition and health education, healthy foods and other services. We will call you back from a private or blocked number.

The Framingham/Waltham WIC Office is a component of the South Middlesex Opportunity Council, an agency dedicated to organizing resources for social change and economic Independence. The Framingham/ Waltham WIC currently has 3 locations for your convenience, Framingham, Waltham and Marlboro. World Immunization Day is celebrated on November 10 every year. It is celebrated in order to spread awareness about the benefits of getting vaccinated and how it can prevent a plethora of diseases in the long run.
WIC staff check immunization records, provide schedules for under-immunized children, and offer referrals to low-cost clinics.

Headed to a fall party and need a super quick dessert?

Try this easy 2-ingredient recipe I stumbled upon on Instagram — it’s delicious and foolproof!

You’ll need:
• 1 (15 oz) can of 100% Pure Pumpkin
• 1 (17.5 oz) package of Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

Directions:
Mix the two ingredients together and bake in a greased 9x9 baking dish at 375°F until set.

That’s it — no butter, oil, or eggs needed! 🎃🍪
