WIC Framingham/Waltham WIC is a FREE program providing nutrition and health education, healthy foods and other services. We will call you back from a private or blocked number.

The Framingham/Waltham WIC Office is a component of the South Middlesex Opportunity Council, an agency dedicated to organizing resources for social change and economic Independence. The Framingham/ Waltham WIC currently has 3 locations for your convenience, Framingham, Waltham and Marlboro. ✨ **Good Food Project is BACK!** ✨

After a bit of a hiatus, we are so excited to bring the **Good Food Project** back to life! 🙌🏼
It’s been a minute, but we’re finally back in the kitchen and ready to share some new (and delicious) creations with you all.

To kick things off, here’s a little taste of comfort: a **homemade chicken pot pie** 🥧, golden and flaky with the perfect savory filling, paired with a sweet and warming **apple crisp** 🍎— because who doesn’t love a good combo of savory and sweet?
Helpful tip: instead of chicken you can use your turkey leftover from Thanksgiving to make the pot pie! 🥧

Next Size Up Kids' Consignment Sale is happy to partner with Massachusetts WIC Nutrition Program for their spring in person event May 17-19. If you'd like to shop the event early, before the public, they will be holding a Shop For A Cause day on Friday, May 17. Although the ticket is $5, Mass WIC participants can register for a free pass using the discount code MASSWIC at this link 👉 https://www.ticketleap.events/tickets/next-size-up/shop-for-a-cause-in-person-shopping.
This will earn each household one free pass to shop between 2PM-5PM (pick your entry time). In order to shop on Friday, you will be asked to show your pass (print or download on your phone), along with your WIC gold card at the door for entry. They will be open to the public (free, no ticket required) Saturday, May 18, 9AM-4PM and Sunday, May 19, 10AM-2PM (many items will be marked 1/2 off on Sunday).

The Framingham Cultural Council will be hosting a Dia de Los Mu***os party at the Community & Cultural Center this Sunday, November 5th, from 2pm- 6pm

There will be a showing of the movie "Coco", facepainting, food, a presentation and other activities. Please feel free to bring a framed picture of your loved one to honor their memory. See details in the picture.
