Ellie Mental Health in Framingham is actively seeking a highly skilled Clinic Operations Manager to join our team in a part-time, in-office role.

This position is a crucial component of our mission, providing the administrative and operational leadership necessary to deliver compassionate, high-quality client care. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of outpatient clinical workflows, HIPAA compliance, and a passion for implementing efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day clinic operations.
Manage client intake, scheduling, and clinician caseloads.
Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff training.
Prepare and analyze operational reports to inform strategic decisions.
