Courtney joins our team as a Clinical Supervisor and Therapist, bringing over a decade of experience supporting adults through meaningful, collaborative therapeutic work. She believes true change happens through partnership - where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to engage openly in the process.
Courtney earned her Master of Arts in Expressive Therapies: Dance/Movement Therapy with a Specialization in Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University, blending movement, storytelling, and connection to support whole-person healing. She has experience providing both talk therapy and movement-based approaches across multiple levels of care, working with clients navigating mood and anxiety symptoms, life transitions, relationship challenges, and a desire for deeper self-connection.
In addition to her clinical work, Courtney is a trusted and respected clinical supervisor, supporting therapists of diverse backgrounds as they grow in confidence and skill at Ellie Mental Health.
