Our Birch community residents recently showcased their crafty talents at a festive Fall-themed art show featuring adorable pinecone turkeys, button-bedazzled pumpkins, autumn leafy landscapes, fall wreaths, and more! Honoring Our Veterans
Thank you to all our residents, families, and friends who joined us for a moving Veterans Day Concert at Mary Ann Morse at Heritage. Our Heritage Chorus led residents in heartfelt patriotic hymns, followed by a celebratory pinning ceremony honoring our resident veterans. It was a beautiful day to pay tribute and give thanks to all U.S. veterans for their courage, service, and sacrifice.

A Surprise Serenade!

The other morning, the sweet sound of guitar and song filled our Heritage lobby — and when we rounded the corner, we discovered a heartwarming scene: a "traveling troubadour" named Curtis MacDonald serenading our resident Maryanne, a lifelong Elvis Presley fan (hard to see, but she’s proudly donning one of her favorite Elvis t-shirts!). When Maryanne requested an Elvis favorite, Curtis delivered a beautiful rendition of “Love Me Tender.” His impromptu performance soon drew a crowd, spreading smiles throughout our community. We learned Curtis spent two years touring and performing across the country - and we immediately booked him for two concerts in 2026! Thank you, Curtis, for reminding us that music truly has the power to brighten hearts and bring people together!

Our residents got into the Thanksgiving spirit today at Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center in Natick with a fun and festive craft session — making whimsical pinecone turkeys with the help of our amazing Activities Team! Armed with fall-colored paints, pipe cleaners, and plenty of googly eyes, this creative bunch shared lots of laughs (and a few glue mishaps!) while swapping stories and favorite Thanksgiving memories. These charming creations will make perfect table decorations — and reminders of the joy this season of gratitude brings.
