💙 💛 🧡 This week, we are proud to feature Bay Cove Human Services! For 50 years, Bay Cove has supported individuals and families across Massachusetts through compassionate, community-based programs that promote recovery and independence. Their wide range of services includes behavioral health care, substance use disorder treatment, intellectual and developmental disability supports, housing and homelessness services, elder assistance, and crisis stabilization programs. With a person-centered care and a commitment to meeting people where they are.

We’re grateful to Bay Cove for their long-standing partnership with the Providers’ Council and for the invaluable work they do every day to strengthen communities across the Commonwealth.

One of our most popular 2025 Convention presenters is back!

This session is designed to bring a broader perspective to the concept of conflict and conflict resolution. Using a model that provides various modes of conflict, each participant will be encouraged to consider an actual conflict-based situation during the session to allow opportunity to explore various approaches for handling the situation.

Stacie Watson of Transformative Leadership Strategies returns to the Council to share her wealth of experience on conflict management both in clinical and traditional workplace settings. Whether you’re dealing with conflict with a client or coworker, there is something for everyone!
