🌟 To create a sense of consistency with our very first client, Karen offered to rearrange her schedule to ensure that we had adequate coverage for the first month of our contract. Karen formed a very strong rapport with that first client and their family that they arranged their schedule around Karen's availability
⭐️ When we needed someone to take a few shifts for a client on short notice, Karen was there to step in & help out. And once again, the family was so impressed with Karen that they requested her to come back time & again.
Karen exemplifies what it means to be a compassionate & reliable caregiver. It's not only that she steps up & helps out our team when we need her, but that she delivers high quality care to our clients & provides peace of mind to their families.
