Do we still require a mask….yes! We are governed by the Saginaw County Health Department and MIOSHA as a health care facility. Both of whom still require masks in a health care setting. Not wearing them risks hefty fines, and our business license. We know you don’t want to wear them, neither do we! For now, please continue to bring a mask and properly wear it during your visit. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The CDC's new formula places Saginaw at "medium" risk -- a level that no longer requires masks in indoor public settings, including K-12 schools.
WE ARE HOSTING A FB LIVE EVENT ON FRI, MARCH 4 AT 10 AM to talk more about the new guidance. Here's a quick look at what you need to know until then:
* Use the guidance to navigate your individual risks, personal choices and responsibilities.
* Don't expect it to drive policies from the health department that will flip flop based on weekly risk-level changes.
* Regardless of the level, people can continue to wear a mask based on personal preference. Know your risk. Know that others may have a risk different from yours. Respect the choice.
* As part of the change, the CDC is dropping its recommendation for universal school masking and instead will recommend masking only in communities at a high level of risk.
* Don't leave home without a mask just yet, because they are still required in many healthcare settings, long-term care facilities, on public transportation, and at businesses that choose to continue requiring masking.
* Masks are no longer required on school buses or vans for public or private education institutions and early childhood programs.
* Masking is still recommended during isolation and quarantine. In other words, if you have symptoms, have COVID-19, or have been exposed...wear a mask.
Masks are still required:
* On public transportation and in airports.
* In most healthcare settings.
* In businesses that choose to continue requiring masks.
