Lisa Wilson, SLP - Davison location

Lisa graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2012 with a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology. She is licensed to practice in the state of Michigan and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Lisa is certified in PROMPT Level 1 for children with apraxia, oral motor, and articulation difficulties and Interactive Metronome used to improve cognition, attention, memory, executive functioning, and comprehension. She likes to incorporate family into her treatment sessions and enjoys working with a multi-disciplinary team to develop the best plan of care for her patients. When she is not at work, Lisa enjoys concerts, movies, playing piano, and spending time with loved ones.

Regan graduated from Delta College in 2025 with dual Associate Degrees in Applied Science, concentrating in Health Fitness Specialist and Physical Therapist Assistant studies. She is passionate about working with pediatrics and sports rehab. Outside of the clinic, Regan enjoys spending time with friends and family, camping, traveling, working out, and watching sports.

They were all very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. They tailored the treatment to help learn new exercises to help work at getting stronger and healing. Their guidance was always thoughtful and with new wrinkles to see what helped the most. Thank you everyone for your help

Kailey Britton, PTA - Frankenmuth location

Kailey is a 2025 graduate from the PTA program at Washtenaw Community College. Her passion is working with geriatrics and she has an interest in Parkinson’s disease. She has experience in treating acute care, pelvic health, geriatrics, and post-surgery patients. Kailey has recently married, moved up to Saginaw, and just got a new Aussie puppy! Her hobbies include reading, baking, thrifting, and riding her horse.

Michael Holcomb, Jr., PTA - Davison location

Michael graduated from Mott Community College in 2022 as a physical therapist assistant and, prior to that, earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Wayne State University in 2018. He joined the Optimal family in February 2025 and has a strong passion for working with pediatrics. Michael finds great fulfillment in helping children reach their full potential through movement and play. He is married and has two cats, Rupert and Ellie. Outside of work, he enjoys video games, traveling, spending time with family, and watching professional wrestling.
