Without support from the 340B Drug Pricing Program, Riggs and other health centers across Indiana will be forced to make difficult decisions about the services and medication discount programs we provide—ultimately reducing access to care in our communities.

Indiana FSSA is currently accepting public comments on the proposed amendment. Written comments will be accepted until 5 p.m. on March 27 and should be mailed to the following:

Indiana FSSA is currently accepting public comments on the proposed amendment that would discontinue reimbursement for drugs bought through the 340B Drug Price Program beginning July 1, 2026.
