The Riggs Community Health Center's Quality and Pediatrics Teams have done an amazing job improving our children's immunization measure. Thanks to the team’s hard work, Pediatrics increased the rate by an impressive 6.7% in just one year!

The Medical Assistants helped by calling patients and scheduling visits to encourage appointment compliance. Because of this outstanding progress, Pediatrics Manager, Jose Fogleman, received the High Flyer award this week at the Indiana Immunization Coalition meeting.

Congratulations to the Pediatrics team on this exciting recognition!

Riggs CHC would like to thank Governor Mike Braun for his decision to exempt FQHCs and the 800,000 Hoosiers they serve from the proposed Medicaid changes. This exemption protects low-cost medications and other critical resources supporting patient care and access.
