CommonHealth Recovery at the 2025 Recovery Rally

Our own Rhonda and Tracey proudly represented CommonHealth Recovery at this year’s rally. They hosted our booth and connected with attendees throughout the day.

We heard powerful stories of resilience, engaged with vital community resources, and stood alongside state leaders, health professionals, and advocates to honor the journey of recovery and remember those we've lost.

It was a meaningful day filled with unity, inspiration, and support. We’re grateful to everyone who came out and stood with us.

September is National Recovery Month, a time to celebrate the progress of those in recovery and raise awareness about mental health and substance use support in our communities.

Recovery is possible. Hope is real. Community matters.

🎉 We’re Celebrating 5 Years — Thanks to You! 🎉

On August 31, 2020, CommonHealth Recovery opened its doors with one goal: to help people reclaim their lives. Since then, we’ve had the honor of walking alongside over 1,000 individuals from 18 counties across Kentucky, offering support, understanding, and evidence-based care.

💙 September is Patient Appreciation Month, and we want to celebrate the heart of our mission — you. Your strength, your progress, and your stories are what make CommonHealth Recovery what it is today.

📢 We’d love to hear from you!
If you feel comfortable, share your journey with us — whether it’s a moment of growth, a breakthrough, or a message of hope. Your story could inspire someone else to take their first step toward healing.

Thank you for letting us be part of your journey.
We’re proud to serve this community, and we’re just getting started.

Our Purpose

CommonHealth Kentucky exists to provide patient-centered healthcare with excellence in quality, service, and access. The state of Kentucky is a leading state in terms of substance abuse, overdose, addiction, and co-occurring mental health disorders. Due to the ruralness of the Kentucky landscape, lack of government stimulus funding, and void of available health care professionals, CommonHealth exists to patch these holes and provide excellent and available healthcare that is easily accessible, affordable, and driven by research. Because substance abuse and mental health have become a very common problem in Kentucky and the surrounding states, we are bringing CommonHealth care to fix a very common health problem; the disease of addiction, substance abuse, and co-occurring mental health disorders.
