🥊✅ FIGHTER OF THE MONTH ✅🥊

Everyone meet ,

Anna is a traveling member! She commutes from just up the way on Shelbyville daily. Partly for the workouts and partly for the crunk playlist.

As a full time mom, business owner and Fiancé, she still finds time to better herself and stay healthy. Even during busy tax season! (She’s a CPA).

What’s started as a tag a long with a friend has now blossomed into a full time, family affair! She and her Fiancé (Derrick Butler) are showing Anna’s daughter , Carter, what hard work is. So much so that all 3 are now members. She always grinds out until the bell (well, most of the time) and challenges herself with weight and intensity.

We have seen big growth in core strength, weight lift ability and technique as well. The biggest boost we have seen since she started is in her confidence level. The person who was scared they couldn’t jump on the box now jumps on the box with ease!

Keep it up, Anna!

Not only have I fallen back in love with working out, but my family and friends have too and now it’s something we enjoy together. I don’t know that we clarified correctly. The ring will either be UPSTAIRS or REMOVED. The space it’s in now will be allocated for other things such as athlete training.

Also, boxing IS NOT LEAVING. We will still have boxing classes and offer things with boxing. It just will move to the second floor. The question isn’t if boxing says, just the ring 😄

Fighters, we want your opinion.

Keep the boxing ring or let it go?

After some time thinking, we have decided to get some input from our members. Although the ring is a great asset that not many have, we just don’t have a stable of fighters who want to be active. We have much more interest in cardio style boxing.

That being said, with the upcoming renovations we are revamping some of the space.

We WILL keep boxing incorporated into our facility. But do you think the ring is necessary? Or would you be ok just having heavy bags for classes and other work?
