Patient Coordinator (Part-Time Front Desk) - Audiology Clinic
Part-Time | 16–32 hours/week | $18–$20/hour

Freedom Hearing and Speech is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to support the front desk of our audiology clinic. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience for patients and families.

Responsibilities:
-Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out processes
-Answer and manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries
-Verify insurance benefits and collect payments
-Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
-Coordinate daily schedule to support efficient patient flow
-Communicate clearly with audiology providers regarding patient needs
-Ensure the front office remains organized and presentable

Qualifications:
-Previous front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Highly organized with attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professionalism
-Comfortable working with patients
-Basic computer and scheduling system proficiency

What We’re Looking For:
-Dependable and punctual
-Friendly and patient-focused
-Able to take initiative and stay organized throughout the day
