Today we’re shining a well‑deserved spotlight on Bobbi Weaver, our incredible Social Services Director at Clinton House.

For 16 years, Bobbi has been a steady, compassionate force in our building, and for the past 9 years she has poured her heart into the field of social work.

Anyone who knows Bobbi knows one thing immediately - she LOVES her job. Her passion for advocating, supporting, and uplifting residents is unmatched, and her dedication sets the tone for the entire team.

When she’s not making a difference here at Clinton House, Bobbi is proudly cheering on her two sons, who are truly the center of her world.

We’re grateful every day for her leadership, her heart, and the joy she brings to our building. Thank you, Bobbi, for all you do and all you are.

National Long-Term Care Administrators Week gives us a great opportunity to recognize the leadership that guides our team each day.

We are fortunate to work alongside our Administrator, Matt Shafer, who leads with integrity, compassion, and a genuine commitment to both our residents and our staff.

Leadership in long-term care comes with unique challenges, but having someone at the helm who consistently shows up, advocates for what matters most, and supports the people around them helps create a strong and positive culture throughout our community.

After many years in the long-term care field, Matt understands the impact that thoughtful and supportive leadership can have. We are grateful to be part of a team where our leadership helps all of us continue growing and providing the best care possible.
