I am sorry to inform you that our main number is not working still.

After spending hours on the phone with Comcast, and being transferred to more people and departments than I would like, Comcast still has no reasoning on WHY my phone line was dropped and disconnected. There are several service tickets that have references for the calls and all have "misrouted call" as a summary.

I have explained it is a medical office, they also agree this was their error- and yet, they are unable to fix it until Monday, May 5th.

In the meantime, I have updated our phone number on Google to our 2nd line, which is 779-254-2397.
