November is Diabetes Awareness Month — a reminder to take care of your feet, too!

Diabetes can reduce circulation and sensation in your feet, increasing the risk of sores or infections.

👣 3 simple ways to protect your feet:
1️⃣ Check them daily for cuts or blisters
2️⃣ Keep them clean and moisturized (but dry between the toes!)
3️⃣ Schedule regular foot checkups with your podiatrist

Early detection and good care can make all the difference.
