Yoga with Jenni Molinaro I offer various yoga styles for the beginner to the more advanced yoga practitioner. Workshops, Ayu Welcome! My name is Jenni Molinaro. All levels are welcome.

I am a certified yoga teacher. I attended Yoga-360 in Frankfort, Illinois. I have been practicing yoga for 17 years. I enjoy all styles of yoga and am able to teach many styles of yoga for beginners to the more advanced yogi practitioner. I incorporate Ayurvedic teaching and chakra balancing in my classes. I believe it is important to listen to your body and your mind and nurture them to live your life to the fullest. I am currently teaching at Yoga-360 in Frankfort, Il on Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. This is a Chakra Vinyasa class. I will be incorporating the chakras into each class. You will be learn what chakras are, how to balance them, and enjoy a flow through yoga that will invigorate your soul! By day, I teach children with special needs. I have found yoga to be healing and helpful in my everyday life. I have seen and felt the benefits in my personal life and how it has helped my students with autism. I want to share the joy and healing abilities (both mind and body) that yoga can bring to one's life. Please, message me with questions! Hope to see you in class! Namaste.
