Our communities are leaning into this month’s theme, Wrap Our Building in Love, with activities centered around connection, kindness, and time spent together. We’re also continuing our Year of Flavor journey through Morning Pointe in Motion, with a virtual stop in Hershey, Pennsylvania. 🍫

This month’s calendar includes celebrations like Food Service Appreciation, the Super Bowl, Valentine’s Day, Presidents Day, Mardi Gras, National Caregivers Day, and Letter to an Elder Day, along with plenty of daily activities and gatherings. 🍽️ 🏈 🎭 💌

💍✨ We continue to be Happy About Hobbies at the Frankfort Lantern at Morning Pointe.
This week, residents tried a new hobby — jewelry making — and it was such a fun, creative experience. With so many beautiful charms and colorful beads to choose from, each resident designed a bracelet that was completely their own.

The room was filled with smiles, focus, and excitement as everyone showed off their finished pieces. These handmade bracelets will be worn often and serve as happy reminders of a day filled with creativity, pride, and joy. 💛

🎨🐦 For this month’s Happy About Hobbies theme, we’re celebrating all the ways people enjoy their favorite pastimes — encouraging everyone to try new things, get creative, learn something new, and most importantly, have fun.

This week, residents tried painting birdhouses, and it turned into such a delightful experience. Not only did it spark excitement for the warmer days ahead, but it also gave everyone a chance to express themselves and enjoy creative time together. The verdict? A solid 10 out of 10. The finished birdhouses look absolutely beautiful displayed in the courtyard.

Smiles, laughter, and a little artistic flair made this one a memorable activity — and we’re ready for the next hobby adventure. 💛

Best friends through and through, Suzanne and Diana often stop together to admire the arrangements, sharing laughs and playful moments along the way. They enjoy meals side by side, take walks through the community together, and are always there to support one another. Their joyful friendship, paired with the cheerful colors of the flower station, creates moments of happiness that truly brighten the day for everyone around them. 🌷✨
