Lance Minnis is a Licensed Massage Therapist based in central Kentucky. At a time of great personal crisis, serendipity led Lance to leave a 20-year career in financial planning to pursue massage, believing in a better path to help people and heal the world. He continues to deepen the somatic and energetic connections of his practice in order to help receivers find relief from pain, as well as peace through caring touch.

Lance believes in a holistic, integrative body and energy approach to somatic wellness. Specializing in women’s health, well-being, and athletic performance, Lance practices myofascial and deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, sports and injury massage, and assisted stretching therapy. He has training in Thai neuromuscular bodywork and incorporates it into his regular sessions. Lance is an apprentice of Hawaiian Lomilomi Nui, bringing a lineage known as Romi Kaperere to his practice.

Family Constellation Work.✨

This is big, important work. And it’s something where you just show up. Come with what you’re working on, share with the facilitators, and watch the magic unfold.

These sessions always begin with creating a safe container and space. You telling your story and where needs some help. The facilitators, Mary Frank and Hunter, work with the energetics of what’s going on through embodiment and footsteps (that often represent different hardship or people in your world). You just get to sit and watch while they do the work.

They find the spot that needs healing and help, and the session resolves when there’s a grounding and healing that happens. It is very beautiful and profound and also simple.
