Chronic pain can also involve brain-down mechanisms of both conscious and unconscious affective disorder. Conscious affective is how we think, act, behave and cope with our physical problems. There are words that harm and there are words that heal. Unconscious affective disorder applies to forgotten traumas that are stored in the memory box and will manifest symptoms in our physical bodies.
